Co-basket-making-buddies I need your help:
I have made a basket for my OH Aunt containing some of her favourites bits & bobs (Baileys, posh chocs, smellies from Avon, and also gonna buy a christmas cactus or something) however I want to put a label on it but i can't think what to "call" it.
For example I have made something similar for OH Grandma and called it "Grandma's Little Luxuries". But this doesn't seem to work (in my head) somehow for Auntie.
She is mid-fifties, likes to think of herself as posh .....=====================================
MSE fan ... so that I can afford Sam, my horse :j

I've done that before (several times as forever ordering stuff
) - rearranged a delivery date to my house and that was free to do.
Fantastic hampers and ideas everyone - can't believe how Xmas is creeping up now - 13 sleeps I think!!!
Brookeslay - Wilkos sell chalk, 15p a box I think.
Lilian, well done on the fab snowman soup comments. It's such an easy idea isn't it but the end result looks great and expensive
You sound like me lol ... OH is never in when posty arrives, thank goodness :rotfl:Raising kids is like being held hostage by midget terrorists0 -

Ordered some lovely cellophane and cello bags from ebay with the voucher they sent me and was hoping they'd arrive today. sure enough they tried to deliver them but left a crad saying that since they'd tried to deliver them before (not possible!) then I'd have to collect them from my "local" office-which is a three hour bus-walk-train-walk-bus-walk-return journey which will cost me £8 to do!!!!
but to see the funny side, they have an option to leave a message for customer services to call you back and I was so angry I left my message...but not my number-had to ring back and leave another messge with my number on :rotfl:
Sooooooo mad though-there are 70 houses on this street that they could have left the parcel at (that's another option on the helpful card they left me  ) but clearly they just knocked and ran and thought they'd let me worry about how to get the d*mn thing back!!!
Rant over

So sorry for you jintyb Try and console yourself with the fact that he lived to a ripe old age, which was all down to your loving care and attention. He will have had a wonderful life and if he is ready to move on to his next feline adventure then he'll have all the great experiences with you to remember.
