Anyone *NOT* got their Icesave/FSCS email?

Sorry if this has already been answered/posted but has anyone actually had the second email and/or been able to log on and initiate the claim yet?!?!?!

No I don't think anyone will get the 2nd email until next week (hopefully).

I think its too early for the second email..... after the first email has been sent out, it's gonna take 3-4 weeks to send out the second one - I think!

They said that the second ones would start going out in the 2nd week in Nov.

Well as I didn't get my first one til today, and only under my own steam, I'm certainly not holding my breath! I would guess that the people who got the first one early would get the second one first....? Who knows
They claim that the majority of people should have their money back in November, but I'm not seeing it happening somehow....

Firstly they said this letter may be sent in the second week of November only to some of the investors so that the payments can be managed in a phased way and secondly I think you will find they are operating on the same basis of calendar definitions as Ofcom and so may still be operating under the Julian and not the Gregorian calendar.;):rotfl:

Susie, I know you are worried and frustrated about not getting the 1st email, I would be too, but try not to get to anxious, I am sure it will be ok.

Have you tried logging on to Icesave and is your account there ok? If it is I feel that if the worst happens and you don't get a 2nd (or 1st email) you can log on every so often after reports here that people are getting their funds and check to see when your account is ready for you to remove funds, I am sure that the lack of your email is more due to a spam filter or Talk Talk problem, if your account is showing ok I would not worry too much.

Yes , I can actually log on now and see the account ( couldnt immediailty after 7th october as effectively when I tried to move the money they closed the account).
Thanks for that, I will just have to log on each day :A
