Yes thats right.
You need to delete the content but leave the subject as "RE: FSCS Icesave Notification"

Very simple and easy.
Maybe we can now stop the crazy OTT panic thats been going on for the past 4 pages??

Hello all,

Just so I have got this right, I emailed the icesave@fscs.org.uk address and got a response straight away, so I deleted the content and subject and I got another response saying exactly the same as the first. So I deleted content but this time left the subject intact and then I got no further response.

Does that mean I am done? lol

What time did you get yours? I am still waiting !!

The reply came back pretty much instantly, but ONLY to the first email I sent, I got no reply to the second. As the poster above suggested you need to leave to subject line intact when you make the reply (my first mistake), which isn't all that clear on the instructions (surprise, surprise).

So email icesave@fscs.org.uk and wait... The reply will come pretty quickly, within 2 minutes mine came. Then reply and deleting the message body content, but as philatio suggests leave the subject line intact. I got no reply to this email and assume all is well with the world now. :j

I sent them an email an hour ago and got no response. I've just sent off another one - I hope that doesn't cancel the first one!
