What IS different these days is that Mr B is cracking down on voucher abuse and taking huge amounts of points off people. That NEVER used to happen a few years ago.

And yet people on here still post their location, other information that readily identifies them, exact details of how much they've spent... etc.

I've said before that people really shouldn't be swapping vouchers on here (it's against MSE rules) and that also to me seems an ideal way for Mr B to identify abuse.

I'm fairly new to MSE in general, and the Boots thread in particular.

But I agree with everything you say about how much people give away about themselves. :eek:

That said, even with my personal obsession about internet security, I know Ive been drawn into giving away too much for me to really be comfortable with :eek:

It is SO easy to be tempted. In terms of giving more than receiving - I know I've offered magazine vouchers via PM because I feel that SOMEONE should be able to use them, when I know I won't. Luckily for my security conscious side, no-one has yet bitten (maybe they're being as internet security conscious as I recommend!!! :rotfl: )

Not sure if anybody could help, i have just seen on the website Revlon currently have 342 on items, does anybody here know when the offer ends?? I'm thinking i'd rather wait until the Christmas event evening before buying boots stuff, so hoping its on when i go.

I suppose if you are using your Advantage Card every time, then Mr Boots can see who you are. But if you "sacrifice" your points, every now and then, especially if you're getting a good deal, and pay your £1 or £2 by cash, then you're just Mrs A. Shopper.

Blummin eck, 25 pages since I last logged on!!! well have to admit I skim read most of it and won't bother with my twopennorth as we've done this all before and the glitches keep on coming peeps (Although I do think in this case we've shot ourselves in the foot by constantly re-advertising the naughtiest glitches on every page and discussing them at length lol)

Ok, got my No7 GWP and happily it has Milan nail colour in it, not clear. Huge thanks to Buffy for pointing out the two ACM eyeliner vouchers as that worked a treat

Oh and speaking of abusing glitches, whoever cleared SHeffield out of all the N07 bathing, highlighter and star pallettes and cheap suncare........Spoilsports!!!:p

This is the trio trinkets set Mimi mentioned. I got mine on Tuesday and they are good for £1. Good little stocking fillers or even just a little mirror for your handbag. As mentioned by BTVB the lipgloss, perfume and highlighter are interchangeable.
