Sorry, disagree wth you on this one.
Why should you not go?
They surely cant do that.
Speak to the union.
Beanie if I am honest I just cant be bothered to fight. 'They' seem to do a hell of a lot of things that would be frowned apon but again I fear for saying anything. However if they refuse my one in October ~ yet to be put in, I will have something to say :mad:0 -

I often feel like that, too, PaP - but it's not like you to 'give in gracefully' and some things really are worth fighting for.
Beanie - if the same thing were to happen, as it often does, at ASDA we don't even have a Union, just a 'colleague's circle' and plenty of notices saying that 'we listen' .
So I can fully understand PaP's frustration.I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.

Beanie, I was looking forward to it and as you can see I had put a lot of time and effort into sourcing the funds. However I dont want to fight this time. Also I couldnt really afford it anyways, well I could but not comfortably. I am now turniong my attention to the Sep meet and the craft fair's...
Rog, I know itrs uncommon for me to not see something through but at the momment I am going for the 'easy' life. I cant be bothered to do most things just now and I am certainly not going to fight for something from an employer who should and do know better.
Oh yes the 'we listen, you count' plastered everywhere in store :rotfl: if only :rotfl: We have had these 'qustionaires' all done outside store so more money wasted and no huge changes have been made that I can see. Some people think of money above people now, sad but true

So another day over :j and now 2 working days till my holiday :j Woo hoo. I have been advised to put in my October and April holidays asap before they release stock take dates so that will be done tommorowIf they refuse those I will hit the roof, but not untill after this holiday
In other news about 10min ago I found a craft show at shepton mallett, bath and west showground. Its the saturday/sunday we return from holiday :shhh: So I am going to twist mums arm :rotfl: Its knitting she likes that stuffIt will cost £15 to get into and then I will get mum to do a workshop so it will cost £10 for us both so thats £25 and then a bit of shopping. Ok I cant really afford it but I would love to go because it will be quieter than the one in London in September...
So if she will take me :j this month only I will be missing my £100 Argos payment. I will make a token payment and then any spare I have etc. I know its bad but I can afford to do it as its still 0% and I want to have a bit of fun, life doesnt being and end with money. we will look over the fact I would have just been on holiday :rotfl:
So thats me :rotfl:0 -
