I ordered a boy goodie bag on November 2nd and the money got taken out on the 4th. I have not received the bag and I cannot loggin in to my account as it says my email address is not on their system even though I got a confirmation email to that address.
However to those that are suggesting that people complain to the telegraph or watchdog I would like to point out that the terms and conditions in the newspaper stated only one per household and that if you were ordering online there was a minimum order amount - £5.97 I think. I appreaciate that the website allowed people to add more than one to the order and without spending 5.97 however I think that we should atleast be grateful to the company that they didn't cancel everyones order that breached these terms and conditions. Alot of people didn't even buy the newspaper and have ordered more than one so have breached them.
I have two children but only ordered one and also ordered something else and to keep within the t and c's but cannot even loggin so I am hoping they haven't cancelled my order!

Just to say that we received our two boys goody bags on Sunday and were very impressed. Each had two toys cars, a Fireman sam book, Scooby Doo stationery and bag, a Noddy poster and Spiderman 3 book

Was quite worried we wouldnt receive these so there's hope for all yet and Sunday delivery
