    Something along the lines of thanks for the message we'll review the promotion after 16th December and will let you know the outcome would have been nice. The way this company (not telegraph) has treated customers has been awful.

    Edit: Its the way customers have been treated that gets my goat.

  • Well my 2 girls ones arrived today, in a large white Jiffy Bag delivered by Royal Mail Van. I got two of each of these.....

    I will put the Disney bubbles and light up pen in my girls stockings and the rest will ensd up in next years hampers or donated to the school. Live and Learn, Live and Learn!!

    Just rung them. The lady on the other end looked up my order, but couldn't really give any more details other than they will all be delivered by next week.
