Still nothing here. Bit worried about the phone line. But will give them the benefit of the doubt until 16th. If there's nothing by then....I start calling both them and the telegraph. If I still get no joy then I'll have a word with old Mr Credit Card.

I've just phoned and was told that it takes a long time to send out 25000 bags and was also told that I must have out my email address in wrong!! Cheek of it..

i've tried the re-registering bit on the website and that didnt work as says I have no orders outstanding but the money was taken on 11th December so I'm going to give it one more week and then will really have to start thinking about getting some other presents I think.

I say an offer in the Sunday express yesterday but then realised it was the same company so decided against ordering it...

I managed to get through eventually this morning.
Some chap said the same as above that it takes time to get out 25000 orders. Had it been 30 orders they would have gone the same day.

Asked what the 'all merchandise Shipped' on the order page really means as I have had nothing arrive here.
He said it means that they have informed the warehouse that they are to get it packed ready to ship.

Asked why they took my money on the 5th when it states that they will not take the money until the items are ready to ship.
His reply was much the same as above, in that they take the money then inform the warehouse that they should pack it ready for shipping.

Asked about how it's shipped. He said it depends on weight. Royal mail for lighter ones & parcel force for the heavy ones.

Asked about why other people that ordered after myself had received theirs, he said that the boy ones went first, then the unisex & lastly the girls. Unisex?????
I said I had ordered a boy & girl he said that's why I had not got mine because the boys will arrive with the girls.

He said that the Royal Mail may also have lost things.

Finally I was told must wait until the 16th as that is what was stated in the paper .


What a load of Codswallop,I have never heard such rubbish in my life!!!!
Every time I fired another question off he fired rubbish back at me. It was getting that I was going to start laughing at his replies his excuses became so ridiculous.
In the end I gave up as my dog could have given me more information than this fella.

Will wait to see what the 16th brings. I don't think it'll be goody bags that's for sure & I told this fella so.

I think you were told a lot of rubbish as i ordered 1 boys bag and still haven't received anything - and my order was cancelled - was told i gave them wrong card details (!!) and money was finally taken from my account this weekend.

I shall be shocked if the rest of us actually receive anything & I told this fella so. He was almost on autopilot talking to me, not actually taking much notice of me to be honest. I think he just wanted me to get off the phone but I wanted answers to everything. Wasted my breath though.

I have just done so.
I have received an email confirming my enquiry, says they will get back to me soon.
I have put the link to this thread in my email.
