I've done the same thing CaitlinsNanna (some time ago actually) and I am yet to receive a response.

Oh dear....perhaps that was a waste of time then.
I wish I'd accepted the refund from them when I queried the order a few weeks back.

I ordered around the 4th or 5th, money taken a couple of days later and mine arrvied yesterday. I was slightly disappointed with them to be honest, didnt get half of what other people did but sitll not bad for the price (I cant list is as I've taken them home and am at work but will list later). I ordered a boys and a girls one and they were sent together.
  • I have just done so.
I have received an email confirming my enquiry, says they will get back to me soon.
I have put the link to this thread in my email.

I will report back here when/if I have any news.

I too contacted the Telegraph by email, and haven't had a response. I find it odd that Robell were saying some items went out in packets and some in parcels. That would indicate that some people received more than others.

Mine were just in an envelope! Still, at least we've lost under £4 for each parcel, not like the Lapland people.
  • I'm trying not to get too excited but mine may have arrived....I've got to pick up a parcel at 2.30 from the post office. There is only 1 other thing that it could be but I wasn't expecting that so quickly *fingers crossed*

I've now given up hope on ever receiving my goody bags :(

Ordered on 4th Nov, money taken 10th Nov, no delivery as of yet, ordered boys & girls! Have emailed but unsurprisingly had no reply!

I have been in touch with BBC's Watchdog programme, maybe it could be beneficial for a few other people to contact them...they love anything like this!!! :j
