Mine in't here yet either, ordered on 3rd November, money taken out on 5th November as showing on bank statement.

one thing i dont get about 'free, but yo have to pay the postage' offers.. if they ae 'giving away' stuff, this offer supposedly being worth £30, why are they being so tight about the postage ?!

Yep, especially when the postage is overpriced in the first place.

Even more so when we're waiting over a month.

well i got mine and was not happy. i mainly got mine as i thought the boy one was great and perfect for my 4 year old boy. did not think the girls one was as good but felt i fi got him one i should get them one each too.

When i came the girls ones were great but the boy one was crap other than the bag it come in not a scooby doo in sight.

I phoned and complained telling them that the main reason i got it was as there was so much scooby stuff and my boys loves that and i was really annoyed there was no scooby soft toy in it as thats what i wanted for him. She went on about how the items int he picture were not what you got and i complained that it was not clear enough as it makes sense that you gont get everything which is what i understood as you would not get the girl stuff inthe boy bag but it was not made clear that you would get an entirley differnt bag to what was shown. she carried this on for a good 5 mins and i just said but i am the customer and you are paid to say that i am telling you it was not clear enough in the end she asked me what i wanted and i told her a scooby toy. She told me they were inthe 1st ones sent out then they had run out in the end she said she was going to the floor wher they pack it up to see the guy down there. She came back saying that they had found a scooby and would send it to me which arrived 2 days later. so happier now i have a scooby for him. not sure it was wortht he hassle of £12 though and never is it all worth £90

If I don't get a Thomas toy I'm going to complain & if need be try swap it for a girl pack. That's the only reason I ordered the boys pack for my daughter as she loves Thomas.

Got a funny feeling that all the good items went out in the first 100 orders. Now they only have tat left and thats what we will be getting. Shame as there are a couple more items on their website that I would have ordered, but not going to risk it again.

Not sure what is going on with them but the phone no.0845 230 2674 is saying the no. is not recognised.
I'm still waiting fro a boy & a girl one. Ordered on the 3rd & money taken on the 4th.
It's stated all merchandise shipped for ages now.
If the emails are bouncing back & the phone line is now not working how are we supposed to know what is going on!
Does anyone think we'll just have to write these off as a bad experience?

I just re-registered and suddenly all my order details came up and it says Web order recieved.
The order was recieved on the 3rd November and the money cam out on the 5th of November.
I feel like its just one big rip off I know its not a lot of money but I ordered 3 and I have had to go and buy other presents now! Shame

I have emailed them as the website says my items have been shipped (ordered 4/11/08) and they have not arrived. Rang last week but still not here!! Sounds like they are pretty naff anyway & probably too young for my two but may be OK for shoebox appeal next year?!

Yep, think mine (if they ever arrive) will be in the shoebox appeal.
Well grumpy with this company. I think we should all email/write to/ring up the telegraph and complain.
