I got mine today via royal mail 2nd class normal delivery after 4 weeks waiting and a email 2days ago.only worth a £ 4 not £ 30.

I think I've given up hope. My money was taken out as soon as I ordered. I can't log in, there's no record of my email address etc. I don't have the time and energy to phone them. I think I've learnt from this one and won't be trying to get any goody bags next year!

It wouldn't recognized my email address, so I just re-registered with the same email and it showed the order I placed on the 4th.

Thanks! That just worked- my order still says status received though. If it does turn up I think it can go into next year's stocking.

Same as mine, I did call them yesterday and spoke to a really friendly girl. I said that mine is still showing "order recieved" and asked was it stuck?

She said the last of the ordres were going out now / next couple of days. So hopefully we will get them soon.

I'll believe that when I see it. Mine says shipped and yet its been at that stage for over 2 weeks now.
