Its all well and good to disagree, but that seems more than a little juvenile.
However, 'bear[er?] of very little brain' did make me giggle.

I still havent got my stupid bag. Had they have said at the time it would take this long i would no way have ordered.

I just used the standard email on their website.

Oh and for those interested i complained because I did see it in the newspaper, I have tried to contact the company by email and have had it bounce, my money has been taken for some time with nothing happening and my order went to shipped approx 2 weeks ago and still nothing.

I respect companies, no matter how large or small, who take the time to send a message out to customers saying its been over subscribed but that they'll get round to everyone eventually (QYPE spring to mind...very good company there). From what I've read this company seem to think we're a bunch of moaners and can't be bothered with us. That's what I don't like.

Oh, and I do expect to get what was in the pic. Ordered one girl and one boy. I like to get what I pay for and not something else.

Sorry if this is a bit 'grrrr', but I've just had a nightmare feeding session with my 2 year old. She's doing a good job of winding me up everyday which isn't helping my sense of calm and reason right now.

I was told that it was in the Telegraph T & C's that these orders would be posted by 16 Dec. As most of didn't see the paper then I guess we will have to take their word for it! :rolleyes:

Had mine few weeks ago I thought it was good, had a scooby doo toy, dvd and swim bag, 3 books, 2 bags of ello toys plus other things ,,,,,,,

Mine came today, sounds similar to above.
I'm quite happy with it.

Got bubbles and a xmas carol cd too.

Worth more than what I paid imho.

Ordered on 4th Nov, haven't called, faxed or emailed in the meantime.

I finally received my bags yesterday and they're quite good. Got some high school musical badges, "witch" books, a strange food book, can't remember what else. Not worth £30 by any stretch of the imagination but well worth £4

The Telegraph did say that but on the confirmation emails it said the money would not be taken until it was ready to ship. And it would be 1 -2 business days if items are in stock.

Well we know the items are in stock as people are slowly getting them! And it's been 18 business days since I paid!

I do agree that the company didn't expect this many orders, and are probably struggling, but the point is people who paid first should get theirs first, it's just courtesy.

If I had received an email saying sorry your order has been delayed I'd be patient, but I've heard nothing from them since they took my money.

I totally agree, altho I never even got an email! My money was taken on the 4th and I check everyday to see if they have refunded

I still haven ot received mine,yet, money was taken from my bank on 3rd Nov. 7.98 they did say delivery in 4weeks time. but obviously not, I have emailed them.
