I have just phoned and the lady I spoke to said that my bag will be with me shortly (At the latest the 16th December). I asked if she could check my actual order, she said she couldn't. I then explained that quite a few peoples orders had been cancelled so I want to make sure mine hasn't been and she said "OK, I will check". Mine hadn't been cancelled and she explained that if the money has been taken then the order won't be cancelled. Fingers crossed we all receive our goody bag :)

I rang and was fobbed off with the same excuse. I politely requested they check in case it was cancelled, they refused and was assured it would be with me by 15 Dec 08.

    Really shoddy customer services.

I've just phoned them to say mine has not arrived but my credit card has been charged. Very nice man said they had been inundated and that all the parcels were going out now...if you have not recieved it by 10th Dec you should contact them as they can rectify the problem (he said).

Infamy! Infamy! They've all got it in for me!

I received mine about 2 weeks ago and i have to say i was disapointed! No way is that worth £30! And it looked nothing like it did in the picture!

Anyway, at least i only paid £3.98 for it, if i'd paid £30 i'd be fuming!
:starmod: May all your wishes come true! :starmod:
  • I received mine on Friday, I tried to email them but it came back undelivered. Just keep your fingers crossed!!

Got ours but not much cop - wasn't worth it really apart from a couple of hotwheels cars that the boys will like. Glad I only ordered one!
    3 kids(DS1 6 Nov, DS2 8 Feb, DS3 24 Dec) a hubby and two cats - I love to save every penny I can!

I received the envelope last week. Not what I expected as I had ordered 2 'goody bags.' Everything just in one padded envelope. A few extra stocking fillers and a wee parcel of books will be made up!
  • I've wrapped up some of the presents, and have decided not to bother contacting the Telegraph, too much hassle, but just to learn a valuable lesson.

If it looks too good to be true - it probably is!

Every time I email Robell, it bounces back, and I'm not prepared to keep spending money on phone calls, but I would suggest those people who haven't received their goods, but have had money taken out, DO contact The Telegraph, cos it was their promotional offer. HTH

I called them this morning and spoke to a rather rude lady who wouldn't take my order number! but said 'Is it about the Christmas goodie bag?!'
She asked if they'd taken the money, told her yes and her reply was 'excellent'.. hmm, not for me. She then fobbed me off saying as they'd taken the money the goodie bag would be 'delivered by December 16th latest'.
    We shall see!
Wasn't impressed with the rude customer service person and not impressed with the their ability to take our money but not deliver the goods. Will probably avoid in future.
    The £2.00 Coin Savers Club = approx £22.00  :j.. The 20p Savers Club = £17.80.
