I have just phoned and the lady I spoke to said that my bag will be with me shortly (At the latest the 16th December). I asked if she could check my actual order, she said she couldn't. I then explained that quite a few peoples orders had been cancelled so I want to make sure mine hasn't been and she said "OK, I will check". Mine hadn't been cancelled and she explained that if the money has been taken then the order won't be cancelled. Fingers crossed we all receive our goody bag

yes i got mine about 3 weeks ago now not really worth the postage would have been better going to the pound shop oh well u live n learn

I ordered a boys and a girls on the 4/11 - checked online Friday and it said 'all merchandise shipped' - I called them and they said this just means that the order has gone to the warehouse for packing but she couldnt check my order, just that it should be here hopefully for the 16th!

Useful info. There I was thinking mine was on its way....and its still stuck in a warehouse.

lets hope we do recieve them, those who are still waiting, my mum was charged twice and phoned them up, said they were really nice on the phone and she would get refunded, she is still waiting for her money, she will have to chase them up

received mine last week but had to phone 3 times, they said they would be posting all by 12th dec, my money went out of bank and hadnt heard anything for about 2 weeks so rang then received it within a week of that.

Bag was quite good had quite a few books in it will be useful as stocking fillers;)

Just phoned them and they said that all orders should be received by the end of the week starting 15th Decmber- if not need to phone them. By that stage I think it will be unlikely that we will have them for Christmas.

grrr. this is well annoying now. I wanted these for gifts which need to be sent by the 16th. How can it take 6 weeks from taking the money!
