There's still a couple of days.....you never know. Mind you, we're not going to get a 'friendly' response on 16th.Baby Year 1: Oh dear...on the move

So who's going to be the first one to call on the 16th then?Think it's about time the comping fairy remembered where I am! lol0

When I rang them the other day they were really abrupt and rude.
I pointed out that like most people on here the money had been taken from my account on 4th November and the email had said it wouldn't be taken until they were ready to dispatch. I received an interrupted rude answer telling me to refer to the terms and conditions in the paper!! When I asked why they took the money so early they just repeated about the terms and conditions again, in a very 'couldn't careless' tone of voice.
They have to be the worst company I have ever dealt with, and when I look at the previous posts and see what people are receiving now I'm even more annoyed I ordered in the 1st place.
I am going to phone Customer Service at the Telegraph and will let you know what they say. At the end of the day if they endorse using this company then they should take some responsibilty for how useless they are.0 -
Mine arrived this morning (ordered on the 2nd) ~ I got a boy's one which had
2 hotwheels speedracer cars
Lazytown superfoods boardbook
Mr Men poster
Mr Men pencil
Light up Tigga pen
Spiderman 3 book
Christmas Carol cd
all in a plastic scooby bag , not bad for £3.98 but was disappointed not to get either the scooby or thomas toy .0 -
Picked up mine today from the post office
2 hotwheels cars
Scooby doo bag
Sccoby doo stationary set
Fireman Sam book
Ninja Turtles book
Noddy poster
Were Rabbit Joke book

Pleased. It weighed quite a lot so can't have been that cheap for them to post. Well worth the money IMO.0 -
Got my parcel this morning, very impressed. As well as the above items (boys) I received a box of Lindt chocolates and a £20 GAME voucher by way of an apology.
Those who sent complaining emails and telephone calls will be glad they did! :j0 -
Congrats to you. However, suspect if they sent all that to everyone there would be financial issues.
I didn't call but I did try and email both them and the telegraph. Just want my bags....Baby Year 1: Oh dear...on the move
