I had forgotten all about this! I ordered ages ago but have just checked my bank account and no money was ever taken and on their website it says my order has been cancelled

At the time I also seem to remember ordering a personalised letter from Santa and a letter was received on Saturday. I was wondering where it had come from! Anyone else receive theirs?

just phoned ready to give them what for as the last couple of times i phoned they were ignorant to say the least,the lady i just spoke to was very nice and checked up on computer it seems that the pple who ordered 1 of each(boy-girl)they was the last to be done last week and should all be recieved by the end of the week,that said if i have not recieved mine by tommorow as stated i will be on the phone demanding my money back and im pretty sure they will have no option but to refund me and if the bags have been sent i will get to keep them,anyone who thinks this is the wrong attitude i disagree in advance as i paid for them on the 4th of november so they have had more than long enough.Im known as the 'Fixer' if you have a problem,come to me and i can fix it for you.0
