Just spoken with a very nice lady at the Telegraph.
I explained the problems etc, she replied that they were bracing themselves for today as the last update they had was that everyone would receive their pack by today.
I explained what I was told yesterday, and she is going to speak to her manager and get back to me.
Don't think they were very happy as it would seem they have had quite a few calls etc about these packs.
Will update when I hear back from the Telegraph.Think it's about time the comping fairy remembered where I am! lol0 -
I phoned the Telegraph this morning & they put me through to Robell Media Promotions. I got the same from them that everyone else has. the Bags will be with us by Friday. We'll see!!!!!! I actually don't believe a word they say.
I have just emailed the Telegraph to let them know of my disappointment. I'm sure that will make not a blind bit of difference!
I can see this going on a lot longer yet.0 -
Just picked up this response from Telegraph....am absolutely disgusted!
Further to your email, I have been in touch with Robell and they have advised me that all Telegraph Customers, who collected the tokens and sent off for the Goody Bag have received thier orders. As you took this offer up online and not via the Telegraph newspaper, all I can suggest is that you contact Robell directly as I am unable to assist you further concerning this issue.
Edit: Fully intend to telephone Telegraph tomorrow to ask for an explanation (did see it in the paper, but decided to go for the easy route....wish I hadn't now). And will call Robell as well.Baby Year 1: Oh dear...on the move

I've just spoken to a very polite older man and he assured me that the last of the orders were sent out today, all boy/girl ones, so we should be receiving them this week. I said I know people who ordered a boy one on it's own and hadn't received them. He told me they should have got them by now and to ring them tomorrow and find out where they are.
I asked if the contents were worth what they said they were and he said "yes, but if you are not happy we will refund your money, but no-one has said this"
I am a bit worried that the contents will be the last scrapings from the shelves and not worth the postage let alone £30.
He also said that with newspaper promotions they take longer to send out items, if it was just from them it would be within the 2-3 days after payment is taken.
Good luck everyone for the rest of the week.Mortgage: Was: £154,495 Oct 2039 Now: £82,340.34 May 2037Swagbucks ~ £155 (2024 ~ £395)Surveys ~ £157.19 (2024 ~ £280.14)Make £2025 in 2025 #5 ~ £964.62 ~ (2024 ~ £2,561.04)0
