Just wanted to add - i have received my bag - only just worth the postage but at least i got mine BUT don't be fobbed off by their "token" argument - i never had any tokens i got the deal from here.

I just rang to say I wanted my money refunded as I hadn't received anything yet. Online its showing only as web order received.

The lady looked it up and said it had been shipped, they stopped updating the status of the orders online a while ago.

Anyway, anyone who wants a refund she told me to refuse the parcel and they will refund when they get it back.

I got one boy and girl one today. I did recieve a bag a few weeks ago which was better when I got them out to compare. But they are ok for the postage but not the long wait it took to get them.

Also I didn't collect the tokens I ordered online. So I think they are just fobbing you off saying that.

I had almost given up hope after reading all the posts. So don't give up hope you may still get your bags. (hopefully)

I finally got mine today :j, a boy and girl, each in a scooby bag.

Happy it's over, and I think they're worth around £10 each (although rrp on the books is higher, I wouldn't pay more). Some decent stocking fillers like the cars and light up pens. Some of the books are for younger kids, but I've got a couple of those in the family, so will save them for future xmas / bday stuff.
