They're sending them by Royal Mail apparently!?
That isn't what I paid for, I paid for ParcelForce 48 and I reminded them of this but I was told they had to go out in the post.

I've received nothing from them today either... I did receive an ebay win that was posted First Class just yesterday - ain't nothing wrong with my post and there hasn't been for weeks.
I'm receiving everything quickly both parcels and letters, from ebay sellers/companies like amazon/Play etc, little parcels from f&f and things via courier etc so I'm pretty certain they lied to me, they have not sent the boys goodie bag I ordered Nov 3rd!! :mad:

I called them today. 3 weeks ago when I called them they said to expect it in the 1st week of December. Today they looked up my postcode and said that they'd not recieved my order, although I had confirmation. She said that none of the order numbers matched up to the confirmation and lots of thier data was screwed & lost! They also said that the offer had been leaked onto the internet & had 30,000 more orders than predicted. (I bet she was talking about MSE!!!) Was everyone charged at the time of order cause I looked back to 4th Nov & can't see that any money was taken out of my account. She said she had no records of my order, although she said I could order it still if I wanted. I wasn't sure if the items would be any good this late on!

My parcels arrived today, both shipped in the same bag, so not really needing to pay 2 lots of p&p

Both bags had the Scooby Doo plastic one from their advert!

an Ariel light up glitter pen, a small Ello "creation system" toy, a Witch book, Lazytown pop-up book, fifi & the flowerpots book & a barbie advert/bookmark thing.

Boys:-
another Christmas carol CD (like one you'd get free in sunday's papers)
Mr Men poster, Pooh bear light up pen, Rupert the bear board book, noddy book, TMNT movie story book & 2 speed racer cars.

Don't know that each would be worth £30, but certainly worth what we paid for p&p....

Still nothing.

I called again today and asked them to confirm if my order had been despatched, they said all orders have now been sent, but wouldn't take my order number or postcode to confirm despatch.

Not sure what to do now, really dissapointed.

Anyone else had any luck?
