  • Just phoned them.
Now being told that they cannot issue refunds at the moment & that we must wait until Tuesday to see if they arrive.
We need not call them until after then. She is blaming Royal mail post strike.
Wonder where that was because all my post has arrived as normal from all over the country! She may as well have blamed Santa & his elves because I would have beleived her as much.
They are then not open until the 5th Jan. By which time they will have had my money for 2 calender months with no goods supplied.
I'm so upset over it.

Don't think you'll get your £8 back for the sales as they are not issuing refunds at the moment.

  • My area is not on postal strike and neither is theirs as far as I'm aware. And I thought it had been cancelled anyway!! Complete joke.
At the heart of Robell's operations is a highly-efficient warehousing and fulfilment facility based near London Gatwick Airport.
It uses custom-written mail order fulfilment software that is flexible enough to handle just about any requirement. Banking is done direct into a regional sorting centre for speed, efficiency and cost savings.

    Their words not mine :(

  and why not?!?! They're taking the mick! I will go nuts with them if they tell me this. It's quite simple, they haven't delivered the goods so I want my money back.
    The £2.00 Coin Savers Club = approx £22.00  :j.. The 20p Savers Club = £17.80.

  • After 2 phone calls & an email my two packs arrived today and was very pleased with them!! Half of each bag were suitable for my two as they are 10 & 13 so the rest can go away for the shoebox appeal next year!
