same here partner ordered a boys one, no money taken and order canceled. cannot understand why, and after all the hassle everyone else is having i don't think i will even bother chasing up.

Called them and now they are saying all posted by 16th, but due to Royal Mail and postal strike we have to wait till 24 th as it may arrive.
I hope all the people like me ask and get a refund as this is terrible service.
Please ask and follow up a refund if item does not arrive, as no company should profit this way0 -

That's probably what they are banking on.
It will then be in to the new year before we get chance to contact them. Perhaps they are hoping we'll just give up & not ask for a refund.
I've read a few times here that folks have been told that the promotion was 'leaked' to an internet site.
I cannot think of a way other that the TV of getting the promotion more noticed than advertising it in a National Newspaper. It was hardly 'TOP SECRET'!
Their excuses get more ridiculous by the day.
But then it is Panto season!!!!!
I hope the Telegraph think twice before using this bunch of Clowns for another promotion.
I never has a follow up email from the Telegraph even though their first reply invited me to contact them if nothing arrived by the 16th.
