Well I ordered 1 boy's bag - no money taken, no cancellation and still heard nothing. Not expecting it to arrive. Very shoddy company

I called on 0845 2302674 and to be fair to them they did answer the phone almost immediately - was expecting a huge queue of people on the phone complaining!

It's all well and good being prompt answering the phone but they may as well not bother, they refuse to take your order number and they just fob you off with a false delivery date .. not to mention the rude manner in which they speak to you.
I haven't found an alternative number, the above is the one I've used previously too, sorry.

Well, I pounched on the postman but nothing. Still cant believe they haven't been delivered.

Hi, I ordered a boys and a girls on the 3rd November and the money was taken 4th November and nothing has arrived, I have emailed and no reply and it says merchandise shipped - dont know where to!!!!

It would have been nice if the company had emailed to say there is a delay and not taken the money until it had been shipped.

Post arrived this morning with a little jiffy bag. Turned out to be a dvd I ordered last week. Still nothing from these guys. Intend to ring them later this week.

However, for now I shall content myself with replying to the telegraph email that asks me to notify them if nothing appears by 16th.

Looked up their landline number - it is 01403 242 727.

Will give till tomorrow before I call them again. I've already complained to the telegraph:o

If they are not here by 11am on Friday I will be calling them again. This isn't really fair, we have all paid and if they couldn't supply by their deadline then they should have emailed everyone to let them know what was going on.

That's the annoying thing. All it would take is a little email to say 'sorry folks, but we've been over subscribed but we will get things sorted eventually'. The fact they can't even do that is what is annoying me most of all.
