I have just got off the phone to the head and i have to go in at 3pm, I have basically told him i won't tolerate my dd being bullied, he has assured me nothing will happen and added but we cannot watch them all the time!!! So as a fail safe i have asked ds to keep close to dd and run to the teacher if this lass to manages to get hold of her.
Tbh i am so wound up about this i dare not go in (this morning) face to face with the headteacher i may have tore him a new ****hole!!!:rotfl: verbally of course! After a day of flying i may have calmed down enough to tolerate the PC crap. Last time they said we will have a teacher work with them and do some friendships circles i almost fell over laughing what ever happened to separating the bad kids and excluding them!! so now i am going to be on pins until 3pm.
Johanne forgive me i have seen your post and have meant to send you really big hugs and i didn't i have no excuse hun so heres a really big hug :hugs:You can touch the dust but please don't write in it !

Feeling like c*ap today. I'm coming off my anti-d's and am down to 1/4 of the dosage. I've managed to get myself to 1/4 of the dosage every two days, but once it's worn off I feel really weird - vertigo, nausea, strange slightly anaesthetised feeling. I went to bed feeling like this last night (8.30 I was asleep!) hoping that overnight my body would have weaned itself off altogether, but I feel just as bad, if not worse, today. Think I'll just take it easy today and have a lie down. In fact I feel like going back to sleep. 9 hours sleep and I woke up feeling like I needed to go to bed :rotfl:. Actually I feel like that every morning so what's new
.
Justamum Poor you, that's not easy at all. If you don't mind me asking, and ignore me if you do, which AD's are you on/coming off?
I know how difficult to get off some of them are, particularly seroxat. I've got some advice with regard to seroxat, but won't clog up this thread with it. (think I did enough clogging with all the politics last night) So if it is, and you want to discuss, pm me, and I'll let you know.
Otherwise, you have my utmost sympathy, and huge hugs for a speedy and easier withdrawal period.
AnW'sMum bloomin wundaweb.... you are in fact a grade A genius, I bow before you!! I always sew the flippin things on, just like Justamum matching the thread to the badge...
Right..... breakfast...starving now. Mmmmmmm eggs.... toast....coffee.
See you laters taters

Morning all
I'm working from home this am as I was at the dentist first thing. main job is to get the dreaded expenses done. Every month I say I'll do them as I go....lol - never manage it!
Once that's done I've a number of calls to make and I need to leave before 11.30 to catch the train as I've a walking group at 1pm. Will probably come home straight after as worked 2 hours over yesterday so i will be able to get the bathroom done thenMum to gorgeous baby boy born Sept 2010:j0 -

Hi gryfon,
just wanted to say, it does take a while, but stick with it, as you will see an improvement.
I meant to post after you'd said something about lack of storage. I had this blinding revelation sometime last year - not only do we have too much stuff, but we don't have the right storage for the stuff we want and need to keep. And also, if the room is full of clutter, it isn't possible to clean it quickly and easily - and I don't enjoy housework!
I decided to look at each room, decide what we are using it for - eg, master bedroom: clothes storage, dressing, and sleeping. Anything that didn't belong in the room was removed, and then I'm putting in the right storage for the things that need to stay in there. In the bedroom for instance, we removed all the children's outgrown clothes, the spare sleeping bags, and the boxes of jigsaw puzzles and games, piles of magazines etc and we put in a fitted wardrobe.
Please don't think this was either quick or easy - it took a year of flying in there doing a bit every week when the bedroom was on the list, but I did get there - and redecorated in January. I still have to order a bedside chest of drawers, and I want to find a chair, and a new lampshade, but it is already so incredibly easy to look after now!
I'm now on a mission to finish the livingroom. I have to get a new carpet fitted before I can have the bookshelves put up, and then I shall get a proper TV unit with storage as well for all the games, dvd's, cables etc that seem to breed in the corners of the room.
You will get there, just keep on doing the decluttering tasks, and what is known in this house as 'relocation, relocation' - moving things from where they are to where they're supposed to be! Sort out some storage solutions too.
Ask any questions on here, loads of helpful advice available! It is never too late to become what you were always intended to be0 -
Decided not to go back to the conference as I covered the important stuff yesterday and can't face trekking all the way to the Barbican again! So the plan for today is to catch up on Q3 reviews (the team's and my own!), do a bit of flying and maybe shift a bit more freecycle stuff as collections have been difficult to arrange given the amount of time I've been away from home!
So... first thing is to get out of my suit and into homeworking clothes, then write my list!
Gryfon - for storage, once you've done as serena suggests and worked out what you need for each room, try freecycle - what's wrong for someone else might be just what you need, and there's certainly been a lot of wardrobe, chest of drawers etc. on ours recently.0
