Morning all on this bright and breezy morning. More blisters here but slept for 9 hours so feel a bit better. All my blisters are under clothes and i've been told i'm not infectious (how do they know these things?) so i'm seeing a couple of clients today.
My list for today;
Clear floors of gibble and guff
Empty the bins
Clean the windows and tiles
Clean the baths, bogs and basins
declutter and wipe the pc desk
Vacuum/mop floors in these rooms
Polish taps and mirrors
Dispose of all the empties
Clean the limescale off the shower head
Wipe all the grotty places.. the keyboard/phone/mouse etc...
Walk dogs
Work out what I can back to account for the wii
Also wanted to send massive hugs to Johanne again, thinking of you xx
Thanks again for good wishes for me feeling better....it's much appreciated.
Nearly forgot...our cat is in a rather bad way. Her ear was full of pus and it was starting to overflow. The vet has no idea what's causing it so she has to have drops twice a day for two weeks to try and improve it then they'll see what it is. He said she probably won't be eating at the moment as she should be feeling really rotten....she's not missed one meal and keeps coming for cuddles. She was a stray for years before we got her and is made of tougher stuff. I'm hoping it was just an abcess which she's had before and it will clear up and be nothing sinister. Tip for today....if your cat has gunky ears don't pounce on her and do them on the bed where she was lying. Little bits of black gunk on your nice duvet don't look or smell good!!!!! Sorry, too much information???:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
Have a fab day girlies....and any lurking fly men!! xx0 -
Good Morning everyone :hello:

Get the kids ready
Before anything i have to go into the blooming school. The other week dd basically got her head kicked in by a little thug. It turns out this kid lives about 7 miles away and passes about 6/7schools on the way to get to ours, thats strike me a strange. We live in a deprived area not exactly a choice of school i would make if i lived where she does. Apparently she has told dd she has been kicked out for fighting. I have been told by the head she is lying. Either she is or he is and if she is she is just using it to intimidate dd. But she doesn't need to. At the side of dd she is at least a foot taller and just bigger in general which as we all know is intimidation enough to a child. Having gone off topic basically its flared up again and she is threatening again and believe me she is violent last time she literally threw dd to the floor and was kicking her and punching her whilst she was down !!!! Put it this way is she does do it again i will be putting in a formal complaint as they are aware of her violence and i will be phoning the police!!!

chunky79 That's horrible for you and DD to have to deal with. I hate bullies. And I hate schools that say they have an anti-bullying policy and then don't do anything about bullies.
I hope it gets sorted out, and your poor girl doesn't have to put up with any more of that.

And how in Hades is she getting the chance to do this even once?
Def. sounds as if she has been kicked out of another school, so she should be under continuous observation.0 -
Morning all.
If anyone finds the pure caffeine drip that doesn't cause me palpitations (like Red Bull does) can they send it back here?I'm shattered. I'm running on caffeine and last night I was editing photos in my sleep, but everytime I edited one it turned into a baby connected to the last baby to appear by a network cable and all these infa-red beams everywhere like you see in films when they don't want to set the alarms off :eek: :rotfl::rotfl:
DD feels better today than yesterday, but I feel worse. Laters :wave:Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0 -
Ooops... overslept... have to get showered, dressed and to the station in about 10 minutes. And its 15 minutes away. Might not make the first seminar at this rate0

Flippin' genius!!! :A
There's me spending ages sewing on badges for my DS and DD when she was in Brownies (her Guides don't seem to do badges). I even colour match the thread with the edge of the badge :rotfl::rotfl:

Feeling like c*ap today. I'm coming off my anti-d's and am down to 1/4 of the dosage. I've managed to get myself to 1/4 of the dosage every two days, but once it's worn off I feel really weird - vertigo, nausea, strange slightly anaesthetised feeling. I went to bed feeling like this last night (8.30 I was asleep!) hoping that overnight my body would have weaned itself off altogether, but I feel just as bad, if not worse, today. Think I'll just take it easy today and have a lie down. In fact I feel like going back to sleep. 9 hours sleep and I woke up feeling like I needed to go to bed :rotfl:. Actually I feel like that every morning so what's new
