No 48 checking in, another £700 has gone into my mortgage yesterday:T so up to date I managed £/£6840:j

Can't wait for the end of the year when finally my fixed term will come to end and hopefully I'll go on a significantly lower interest (currently 5.6%).

Also decided not to bother with ISA this year as can't see the point if my mortgage is 2% higher than the best ISA deal. I have my last year's £3600 for rainy days and let's hope it'll be enough in case I was made redundant or sth else would happen. Hope it's a good decision.

But was pondering over saving a bit till the end of my mortgage deal and then putting extra money when the rate goes down, am really bad at calculating 2 find out what's best:mad:

Don't think anymore will be paid in before the start of April....unless I win the lottery! :)
Keep up the good work everyone.
