    My December update......
    My overpayment of £250 left my account on 15/12/2009, reducing the mortgage balance to £54694.21.

    This also means a predicted interest saving of £625.34 since Jan 2009 until my MF date of September 2014. My £250pm overpayment is more than covering the mortgage interest of £234.73

    New repayment targets

    Predicted outstanding mortgage at September 2014: £48,496.25 (scheduled to run to November 2020)
    To be paid by: Endowment (£33,100) and Investments (£15,396.25)

    Zav, I have'd PM you with the details. Thanks for all your fine work, please add my final total into the 2009 total.

    Mission accomplished! .....:dance::dance:
