I think mine said that too from Tesco. It should be okay as Asda put the barcode on the receipt.

Got a cheque for the Quorn TMF last night.

I'm fairly sure they were supposed to refund postage and that they've short-changed me on that? If so, that will be the last Quorn product I'll ever buy!

If you got it in sainsbury's you should have got £3.49 back as it is not on offer.

i cant remember if i asked for postage but it's misleading to offer postage back if they don't! it didnt say anything about having to specifically request a 50p stamp back

I've just checked the letter I sent - I did indeed:
"Please send my refund of purchase price plus postage by return."

So clearly their processing agent doesn't read the letters and doesn't follow the written terms and conditions.

Since its not just me and they seem to be short-changing everyone, I've sent a message to Quorn direct via their internet page to let them know what is happening and give them a chance to rectify it - after all these 50ps are going to add up and this nominal annoyance can surely only harm their brand reputation.

Found the Method laundry liquid with tag in Sainsburys today at the very back of the shelf, so it's worth a look! Have completed my form and will post this afternoon- so happy I thought I'd missed this one!
