I got my organic surge refund today. It only took ten days from posting and it came with a sachet of moisturiser which I thought was a nice touch.0

Thanks.0 -
Not sure if this has been posted before but on the back of the Veet® Hair Minimising Body Moisturiser it says that they promise if you don't receive smoother legs in two weeks, they'll give you your money back.
It doesn't state an address to send the proof of purchase to, onlyThe Money Back Guarantee only applies if the consumer does not agree that Veet® Hair Minimising Body Moisturiser gives smoother legs in 2 weeks.
This guarantee does not cover defects caused by misuse, abuse or failure to follow the instructions provided in the original packaging. (This does not affect the rights given to you by law.)

Has anyone bought the stain devils kit?
I tested it today on coffee, deoderant, starwberry ribena, felt pen, marker pen, ballpoint and red wine!
I splashed some of each on an old t shirt and hung it out on the line to dry!
Well I have no problem claiming my money back as it only removed the deoderant, strawberry juice and the coffee, it didn't seem to touch the red wine or marker pen and the felt pen was slightly removed and the ball point was dissolved and spread but not removed.
Shame really, but it might work with several applications and removal.
Edit.
After washing the t shirt the only stain left was the marker pen so it wasn't that bad after all, may be it loosened the stains and made the wash more effective, will still be claiming back."Sealed Pot challenge" member No. 138

i just applied it to one of my bedsheets which had tea spilt on it, it got rid of some of it but you dont have to provide evidence that it didn't work to them, just say it didnt work if it didnt.:j:j:j0 -

Yes, this one's been posted before. If I recall correctly there was a tight closing date that I almost missed. I think it was something like you have to try it for 14 days but must claim before 28 days from the date of purchase...0 -
Just to be sure...Pomegreat asks for the batch code. Is that the code on the white bit at the top of the carton?0
