Wow you have been busy!!! I try to do little and often then get on the pc and forget to do anything. You have given me motivation so will go hoover the kitchen. Well done on your sales. My Amazon is slow but steady which is great.
Take care
Wendy. xWould love to earn an extra £40 a Week. Trying to find ways to :-)0 -
Wow, you are super-organised with the housework. I bet your house looks lovely.
I know I should do a bit of ebaying. I see there is a free listing day on Sunday so perhaps I'll start with a few items and see how it goes. If I get a good price for something, it will spur me on.
Ah, it has been a long day. I think I fell asleep on the train almost immediately it left the station tonight, waking myself up with a start each time I nodded off! Think it is time for an early night. Hope you are still in credit with the bank tomorrow; only a week or so to go...
Best wishesMortgage, draw down Sept 2014: £222,000

Glad to hear the Amazon sales are going ok Wam, it all adds up doesn't it. It's so exciting getting those 'sold - dispatch now' emails too isn't it (or is that just me?!:o).
Chocs - I sympathise with you as I used to do the falling asleep on the train thing when I was at uni in London. I only once woke up miles away from where I should be though but once was enough! Hope you got your early night - I could do with one myself I think, I've been so tired this week getting up in the mornings.
Well, this morning has seen us overdrawn by £45 or so (there'll be more to come!). It's all expected so no shock, just a bit annoying. I've worked out we'll be about £130 overdrawn by payday now which, although annoying, is not the end of the world. We'll cover it next month.
10p on the scratchcards last night, a couple of surveys in my inbox to do too which I really have to get round to, I haven't done any since before Christmas.
Didn't get the photos done last night so haven't listed the bits on the notice board today, but will do it over the weekend ready for Monday. I got sidetracked last night rustling up a batch of muffins with some fruit that needed using up, so hubby has gone off to work happy with his treats this morning!
Oh, one more thing: IT'S FRIDAY!!!!! :j
Thanks goodness for weekends.

I've updated my signature with the latest payment to the sofas - balance now stands at £824.
Forgot to mention that I will be paying some £2 & 50p coins into the bank this weekend. My intention was to save them in a tin at home, but as I rarely spend cash, I hardly ever have change! There's £21.50 or something like that in there at the moment, so it's better sitting in my bank and reducing the overdraft a little than sat in a tin at home.
Also, I forgot about the ebay totals which should help reduce the overdraft totals by a bit too. It's around £33 at the moment so I guess the overdraft may be knocked down to £100 or just under which will be better.

£99-odd overdrawn this morning, not nice to see but knew it was coming! Oh well, it'll be dealt with soon.
Posted off a few parcels this morning but didn't manage to get to the bank so hubby is going to pay the coins in in the week for me - £23 worth.
No advance on ebay bids, all end tomorrow. Going to try and sort out a few more things to list as it's free listing tomorrow - I know I have a nice Monsoon dress which I wore twice, but can't get into nowso l'll photograph that today.
Hubby is out this afternoon, so I shall clean the upstairs of the house a bit, dust through and do some more washing - one load is done and ready for the dryer. Will hopefully get chance to strip and wash the double spare bed too. All exciting stuff eh?! But keeps me busy and away from spending money!
2 x 10p on scratchcards today.
Have a good weekend all

A busy afternoon for me today - I've blitzed the bathrooms, dusted and hoovered through and done two loads of washing. The spare room can wait until tomorrow - I've run out of steam / lost the will now.
Also have an item that I bought in the sales which I don't really need, so am planning on taking that back tomorrow for a £13 refund.
In true DFW style, I've cancelled my online weight watchers membership at £10 a month, as I've found boots website offers pretty much the same service for just over a pound a week! I know I could probably keep track of everything at home in a book or something, but this just helps me keep that little bit more motivated. Unfortunately I wasn't quick enough to cancel this month's payment, but this will be the last one.
Just going to make myself a cuppa and then will go on a 'stuff to ebay hunt' in thr cupboards. I have found two items already, I'm sure there must be more!

Hello
I've not posted as I've been in one of those moods where I don't feel like I'm making much progress. A kick start was required and I finally went into town to pay in some coins I've had sat on the coffee table since December. The coin machine was broken again, so I just paid in the larger ones over the counter and that was £20 which was good. I stopped playing the lottery a few years ago and instead bought a few premium bonds with the money I saved. I won £25 this month (first win for ages) so also paid that cheque in.
I have found a couple of good items to ebay, so they will go on tomorrow. One is a pair of boots I have never worn and the other a small electrical item worth about £60 so I only want to sell them if I get a reasonable price. I checked the completed listings and the prices similar items have been going for have generally been good. Tomorrow is perfect as I can raise the starting price a bit without it costing anything. Normally the things I sell aren't worth much so I don't have have to worry about these things. Let's keep our fingers crossed for some bids. Maybe your existing items will get some more interest on their last day too.Mortgage, draw down Sept 2014: £222,000

Evening Chocs,
I know what you mean about lack of progress, I've been feeling exactly the same lately. It feels like so long ago I paid anything off a debt which is making me so frustrated. It feels like I've just been treading water for ages, trying best to keep afloat if you know what I mean. I hope you're feeling a bit better after paying in the coins and sorting out some stuff to ebay. You could always cancel the auction if you feel you're not getting what you want for an item; I know you're not supposed to, but it's better than losing money on something that's worth a lot more.
Great news on the premium bonds cheque too.
I've found 5 more things to ebay and listed them already. Most I've started at 99p so were free anyway, and a couple only cost me 30p in listings fees so I thought I'd do it anyway whilst in the mood to do so. One item, which I'm hoping will make around £40 has 2 watchers on already so that's positive. I'll have a look in the wardrobes in the spare room tomorrow to see if there's anything else I can ebay.0
