Don't know if you have read about laini? she won her case, I think there are a lot of people just waiting for letters and decisions now.

I've been having proper pmt fits today over Freedom lol I'm calm again

Wow this thread moves at a pace and a half, it takes most of the evening to catch up with the news. Well done Laini great result for you.

Trying to reclaim ppi from CSL in Liverpool, Furniture sales back in Jan 2003, got the final response letter, and sent everything off to FOS, they have written back to say they can't take the case due to CSL not being part of the GISC, can anyone tell me where I can go from here (nicely lol) or am I stuffed?

I have been ignoring my phone.......that is five times that tel number of:
08003 896818 have rang the last 25 mins.....:mad: and they speak to the answer machine as if they are expecting the machine to talk back to them, the silly beggars.......:rolleyes: , although the last message was literally asking for me saying they were ringing on behalf of BT.

Dreamer that web link you added earlier which shows this tel number looks as if they are a company ringing on behalf of all companies, even O2 and orange etc etc........ .

Yet some claim if you actually answer the phone they will put the phone down....
