    According to the mcol website 8% is as follows:

    PPI amount x 8% divide that by 365 gives you the daily amount.

    In my case

    £9796 x 8%=£783.68 divide by 365=£2.15 daily amount

    365 x 4yrs=1460 x £2.15= £3139.00

    £9796 + £3139.00 =£12,935.00 total ppi including 8%

    Does that seem right and do I have to add anything else on?

    Its soooo annoying isn't it ?:mad:

    We registered with TPS a few years ago, although it does not stop all these cold calls, and yet we can't report them all as some leave no number.....:confused: , great find though hun, I will save that one, cheers.:beer: ;)

    I moved and changed numbers :rotfl: ex directory only give number to people I know won't do that, lol I think anyway

    Apparently they only need you to pick up the phone and that enough for them.

    Me too its been too long to drop it now, was looking at the limitations act and the judge can over ride some exeptions

    Yep I have been ex directory for about 8 years now and I still get all these stupid calls........:mad: , it can be a right pain in the ****:rolleyes:

    Yes you have been fighting this one for a long time now and it will be a shame not to continue, I can assure you though hun if we lived nearby we would be there to support you through the courts, although you do know we are with you on this anyway........all the way.;)

    I can just imagine Marshallka lol, she would be the one to take along with you, she is blunt and straight to the point, I could do with her at times.:D

    LOL, gets me into trouble sometimes:o . But I will fight for something I believe in...and for someone I believe in too...:D
