Just rang FF again lol to ask for a copy of all my agreements which were sent to us unsigned and signed.
Asked him to tell me what was in the letter sent to me, he said it was an acknowledgement to say being investigated. I told him it better not be a copy of the final response (in a nice way)
We will see tomorrow gonna use mcol if it tells me to get lost and gonna use mcol if when they come back they tell me to get lost, its out of principle.
I will not be fobbed off not this time:wave:0 -

Hi dreamer
Good for you ringing and good for you speaking up for yourself, hope it will be good news and the same for Marshallka too.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
Thanks for the advise Di, I clicked on the link you provided and Morses Limited has a NF next to its number and when I click on it, it states it is an Irish company with a registered address but that is all. No information on what the company does or which services are provided which I find a little strange as London Scottish registered address is in Manchester - do I send the request letter to them and if so which department do you think.
These people have not been very forthcoming with me over the past few months and is probably going to be one of those who make me wait (like the Nationwide did).
I have compiled my letter to both companies with my specific circumstances listed and will send off in the morning.
Thanks again0 -

Hi hun and no problem.
Maybe worth checking them out on the FSA register too, this site will give you the address details also.
I am a little confused in who you should write to but someone on here should be able to confirm this for you, because I do not want to tell you to write to the wrong one - just in case......:o .
On your paperwork there should also be company reg numbers, do you have them we could also check them out this way too, although the reg numbers should come up on the FSA register. Here:

Well funny you should say that Di as I do not have any paperwork from Morses and London Scottish have all my details as they were the ones who sent me copies of my agreement out so not sure who is who lol.
I will just send the letter to London Scottish as I have spoke to them mainly about this matter and am sure they will sort it out.
I just need to get the address for Black Horse now but am sure your link to the FSA will assist.
I will post when I get a reply and hopefully this will help others as there is nothing on here about London Scottish so am not too hopefully on getting my money back at this point.
Spk soon. Cheers0 -
