We took out loan £25500.00 in July 04

for loans still outstanding the business should:- pay a full refund of the payment protection insurance premiums that have been paid;
- add interest charged on the premiums during the term of the loan;
- pay additional interest on the premiums paid, calculated at 8%, as compensation for lost interest;
- remove any outstanding payments and interest remaining on the payment protection loan...'.
Thanks to Marshallka, di3004, Laini and Tiggrae for all their help - I have really appreciated it through some difficult times - will let you know how much we get, just trying to work it out!!!:eek:
Oh well done catinthehat. So pleased for you. Hope you get as much as you hope for and more. Usually it is six weeks to pay outor has been in my case, mostly

Hi Boo. Just read through some posts and saw that you were claiming against MBNA have got two gone to the FOS 1 settled before it was investigated, PPI was supposedly ticked:rolleyes: but self employed so they settled that. Other was sold over phone, again supposedly
and it is just going to an adjudicator. Both these were Credit card PPI with A and L (taken over by MBNA).
Di Hope you son is having a fabulous birthday.:beer:

How long start to finish Catinthehat?
* Sent first letter to FP 28 June 2008
* they replied and denied mis-selling
* second letter sent 24th July
* 28th August they offered us £700 ish
* we declined & sent stuff to FOS end of August
* complaint passed to adjudicator Sept/Oct
* I have been emailing adjudicator, once a month
* last week heard being passed to Ombudsman
and letter from him today !!!
So not too bad, but feels an age!!DEBT free:j0 -
