Do you have the calculations at all of the settlement of the first loan, when this was finished to start the 2nd loan then?

Di, why do you ask that.... . Its just two complaints, one to Freedom and one to Firstplus.

I could honestly cry at our stupidity. There is only one thing that scares me. This loan is secured on our house, they wont do anything to us will they? They cant call in the loan or anything and make us sell our house to repay it?

Im trying to find the paperwork for the first loan. I have found the piece of paper that says my husband had protection but my name isnt on that first one. We are both on this second one... but Im self employed anyway.

They cannot retaliate just for making a complaint. It would be against the FSA rules on treating customers fairly. You would have another complaint then.

If it makes you feel any better I was stupid too....;)
