    Post been nothing exciting.

Hubby has not heard anything about his lloyds ones at all, the last time he heard I think it was September to tell him it was still waiting to be passed on to an adjudicator, obviously due to the high volumes of these complaints  .
My one (lloyds) was being passed on to the ombudsman, someone has said its normally 6 weeks waiting to be passed on from the adjudicator to the actual ombudsman, again I know this will depend on how they are progressing with others as well.
I hope you get there with that one Di...;)

    Hi di,

How many are you still fighting?:p

    Hi Boo.;)

Hmmmm....... quite a few, got Nemo out of the way and Liverpool Victoria, I have a lloyds one that is waiting to be passed on to the ombudsman, as lloyds did not agree in upholding my complaint, this one is regarding a credit card ppi.

I have an endeavour one to deal with, don't know where I am going with that one yet.

Twopart/eloan are being dealt with the FSCS/and liquidators.

I have not gone further with others ones yet, more with lloyds, I was hoping to get an answer - a good one from the adjudicator about the current one, where this may have helped these other lloyds loans complaints due to the same reasons, but that has not been that good so far...... , I think I counted if I was to go for every single one including hubby's, 9 maybe 10, something like that.......

not much good at this type of thing
We have a virgin Credit card and have been paying payment protection cover since we have had the card. I think I am right in saying we can claim this back as my husband is self employed looking at the policy for unemployment it says you have a contract of emploment which of coarse he doesnot being self employed. It looks like they may pay out if he closes the buisness but not if he is off sick.
Anyway do I claim using the ppi letter of here for loan ppi or is there another letter? Also I dont know exactly how many years we have this card I only have statements for the last 3 years, so how many years can I claim

    Thankyou for any help

    Hi there hunni

When did you first have the credit cards?

And have you still the terms and conds for the policy?

You can always request a SAR, known as a Subject Access Request, which I will post for you on the post below, here they have 40 days to send you everything they have on you, but mainly only going back 6 years.
It should be a help though.

However, there is a £10 cheque or postal payment charge for this.

So if you can get hold of the terms and conds, read them through and see what it says about cover whilst self employed.;)

There are also many other reasons though why PPI may have been mis sold.

I will dig out the SAR and post it in a min, okay hunni.

    X
