What you need marshallka is to write yourself a list and tick off each thing as you do it.

That way to can see the end.

I tend to start one job then go do another job. I have tried to train myself not to do this as sometimes I feel I get no-where.

Glad to hear Dreamer 33 that your step dad is feeling a lot better, it must have been quite a shock for you.

Hello again all
still going through the motions with FOS regarding my two complaints about Ocean finance, just noticed though both complaints have the same ref number from the FOS. I have emailed them to ask if they have two complaints on record or just one.
