Showergirl, this is fantastic news and that quick as well
Congratulations huni, well done :T  :j .

Yes shame they don't all act that quick ;) .

Thought it was just my puter lol......:o xxxxx
    Di,
It was katie who got paid out after 4 days, not me lol

Just wish we could all be posting success stories after 4 days instead of getting letters fobbing us off. How are you feeling today.

I was really peed off with the response I got from Tesco, I took it out on the kitchen floor, it has never been so clean.

    Hi
I just wanted to let you know the good news! I posted a letter to Littlewoods Personal Finance on 05/01/09 to claim back my mis-sold PPI. I received a letter today which I was expecting to be a standard reply - but nope. It was a cheque for the full refund plus 8% interest!!!!
Thank you all so much for your help and advice!!!
    Katie
    Well done Katie:beer: :j

Can I ask a quick question and I'm sure it'll be somewhere but can't find it..

Now I believe my thinking to be correct here - but if not please let me know....If I was told that I could only receive a lower APR on a loan if I accepted the PPI - I believe I've been missold the policy??

However... if I have since made a claim - does that make it null and void and I can't do a god damn thing..

    Maybe cancel the PPI though??

Well got my SAR from MBNA this am all about 10 pages of it including my credit agreement.

Did not tick for PPI however on statement ppi was taken and then shows as being refunded on more than one occasion so not really sure what has been going on here:confused:

Its sound like the ppi was mis-sold.

Unfortunately if you have made a successful claim you cannot re-claim the ppi back.

If you check the list on mis-selling you may find a point in there to help you too.

Click on the red tab reclaim £1,000's and follow the links to ppi mis-selling, normally the loan provider states you cannot have the loan unless you take out ppi but there are other reasons to.
