    Di,
It was katie who got paid out after 4 days, not me lol

Just wish we could all be posting success stories after 4 days instead of getting letters fobbing us off. How are you feeling today.

I was really peed off with the response I got from Tesco, I took it out on the kitchen floor, it has never been so clean.

    Hi hun
Right, let me get this right......:D , first of all you said something about cancelling the PPI, and I assume you have taken care of that then.;)

I see our Maxdp has given you some useful info, and there may be loads of interesting info within the SAR that may be handy to help your claim/complaint.;)

Just hope that they have nothing of me saying i accept the ppi!!!!!!!

Will have to get my magnifying glass out and finger print dust to make sure they havent planted any unwanted misgivings in my file:rolleyes:

I must stop watching the bill im even suspicious of my wife now, shes been rather nice lately:confused:

    Hi di,

    How are you today?

I was asking about cancelling the ppi because i have an awesome ppi on my mortgage that pays me out basically my salary each month,so i could afford to pay the loan anyway if i found myself to be a a man of leisure, which would be nice.:rotfl: :rotfl:

Just dont want to cancel it then have a load of hassle claiming it back if you know what i mean:p

    Hi there
Like Marshallka says, it best to write to them and keep a copy, if you then post by recorded delivery you have some evidence of posting and proof it reached them, some companies are okay and will deal with matters verbally but they know they have to deal with it if put into writing.;)

You could always write to them about a reclaim now and tell them you spoke to them on the 30th Oct 2008 about this, where they said someone will deal with this for you, so really your complaining again but its all in writing, you may have to wait though 8 weeks as this is the time they are entitled to, if you require the reclaim template for this let us know and one of us will post up.;)
    Hi
I was given a ref number when I called them in October, I have now sent them a letter stating that I require a full refund of the PPI with 8% interest and I have given them 14 days to reply otherwise I will be contactng FOS

Tee Hee. Has she been clearing out the garage. I understand the EU says we cannot keep poisonous substances in our garden sheds and garages:rolleyes: Would give a bit of that curry to the dog first, just to be sure;):p
