marshallka wrote: »They sometimes send this out by Giro as they did with my son when he lost his job. He worked for 4 days a couple of months ago and then had to sign off and then back on again and they again had to send out giros at first. And just for doing 4 days work they took 3 weeks to sort out but they did in the end. You will not get repossessed for this amount of time but have you been in touch with the building society yet Di??
They said its going straight into the bank account and even read out the bank details of where they are going to - to confirm this.
Yes we rang our mortgage adviser, he said for us to call in the bank to see him direct in the morning, he said he will try to get this all sorted out for us.;)
Forgot to mention his JSA claim goes back backdated from the 5th Dec, as they pay in arrears sort of thing, so what he signed for on the 18th is that from the 5th Dec.
They do not pay the first 3 days even though its active as from the 5th Dec.The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
What Pinnacle are saying is they can't find the Disc the GP sent them, they may as well just say they lost it, as they claim they are searching for it, even though the GP also completed our form for the GP where we had to pay for this, this is the info Pinnacle had requested themselves for further info where they had to pay out for as well.
All this with my hubby's details and personal details on them, surely they should know the signature of who signed it, if they check this out.
Its all his personal details on these discs, its so wrong.:eek:The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
Cheers hun.;)
Yes its most pathetic !
Even though the main department is Cardiff, the documents are always sent to Bohamwood, we used the envelope they provided....., so its a few hundred miles away......
.
I just emailed them from hubbies name to tell them its just not on  , and told them how the heck are we supposed to pay the mortgage, told them there are no sufficient funds to pay them and the bank certainly will not higher the overdraft.......
Also mentioned about hubby's stress, this does not help and do not want him back on the sick..... .
They should have been responsible for these, as they did receive them !
I added the tracking number on here earlier, did you take a look hun?
Hi No I did not. Been painting so am drifting in and out of here. Will take a look in mom:mad:0 -
Just checked this out online and as you can track your claims online with Pinnacle, Marshallka these are the correct dates of when they paid in sorry, but you will also note when they were certified from.;)

Yes I am going to SAR them, don't worry about the template I have it from when you posted it before.
I'm researching on the net (it's brill at times like this) to find out about Monument and their plan, it seems a few people have mentioned calling to activate and thats when you are enrolled on the plan. I suppose they do it automatically, then the policy has to be cancelled, they probably just don't shout about it being an option that is already installed on your account. It's up to YOU to opt out, very crafty in my opinion.
I want to see evidence of that call, OH seems to think he only called to activate the card, sometimes it's an automated service, you key in the numbers and your card is activated.
I doubt if he did agree to it that the advisor said at the end 'oh you do realise this is optional, will cost you xxx amount of pounds over the course of your account and unless you have lost absolutely everything by losing your job and on income support when you can't make payments to creditors anyway, or you go bankrupt, or your house is flooded through then your payments will be still made to us' Yeah thanks cheers! wow what a service!
Sorry don't mean to be sarcastic but argh!! we want our money back so bad!
Hi Toffee Penney. Lots of these companies were opting you in automatically and you had to opt out the insurance. This is now seen as bad practice as I am sure you are aware. They also like to hide behind the small print and that YOU should have read and checked it. Cheeky bleeders. there has been so much shark practice out there it is hard to know whom to trust.:D:mad:0 -

Just a quick question. I am sending a very belated:D:D SAR off to Barclaycard (the one that is with the FOS) as nobody is giving me any figures. If you remember I did not ask for a full SAR as it was early days and I was a newbie:eek::o
Anyway as you know there are three loans with FOS and another which was earlier that they are not covering. These were all re financed loans. Do you think £10.00 will cover all of them. I think it should as they are all united.:D
Back to my paint. I look like marge simpson as I have lots of blue paint in my
hair on my clothes, the cat and my glass of wine:beer: Oh well waste not want not:rotfl::mad:0 -
