    Hiya all

No postie yet, saying that its far too early for this area yet.;)

Thanks for posting that Marshallka, I posted the other part of which came with the SAR last night, as I did not have that actual document at the time of the loan, it slightly differs from the agreement we had, not by much but a more on the rights to withdraw, which it did not state this on the actual copy we received when we had taken out the loan.

So as it was quiet on here last night I thought I would post it up :D;) .

Lets hope the postie brings at least some of us good news through the post.;)

I was right, leaflets........about SALES........ through the post, and a letter from Pinnacle to say they had not yet received the documents, so we checked online on the royal mail website on this tracking number here:

    DV056543484GB
And it was delivered to them on the 23 Dec and there's a signature.

Hubby rang them as its in his name and first of all they said they were still waiting for the documents, then he told them they did receive them on the 23rd and gave them the tracking number, they supposed to be ringing back, the thing is it takes 10 - 14 days after they have investigated, now this is not our fault, so really they should push this on a bit, they were even open xmas eve, they only had the xmas day and boxing day off.

Our mortgage comes out on the 6th Jan.

  • I want to claim back PPI on a loan that I took out with HSBC, over the years I've topped up the original loan. Would this be classed as a single loan or multiples ?.
Another query(probably silly !!), if I win back my money is there a cheap(er) way of insuring the loan ?

Let us know what they say if they do ring back. If they don't then I would ring them again...;)

    Hi there

May I ask when you taken out the loan (from the first one then)?

Yes there are cheaper stand alone options to protect your loans etc.

Do you feel you were mis sold on the PPI hun?

We shall take it from here.;)

You would just make a complaint about them all on one complaint letter. Just state the dates of each loan. Why do you think they were missold?? What are your reasons.??

Had a letter from the FOS today about the Redcats complaint ( no credit agreement and trying to default me even though I was still paying)

The complaint is going to be passed to an adjudicator by the 16th February (!) if not sooner.

I have no idea what they are going to do with this complaint I will just have to wait and see:D
