Well I have decided this year that I did not want a Chrissie present and instead I have sponsored a 6 year old child in Tanzania and he is wonderful and I am going to write to him/ I know he will probably not write back but wanted to do something meaningful, it must be my age.

You just add up the income from your bank statements and then put that down and then take any of the expenses from your reciepts and list them like on your income and expenditure account from a previous year. This should be OK for them I would think and tell them its your own doing as you can not afford to pay the accountant. It does not have to be certified by an accountant I do not think for this type of thing.0 -

Right guys calling it a night now as my eyes are beginning to close at the keyboard. I will catch you all tomorrow and Nova, go and do something else for a while as its not good to go to sleep thinking and worrying about these things. Just make a note by the kettle of what you have to do and accept that tonight you can do no more. Then after a refreshing sleep get back on to it tomorrow.0

l know, its just that with them not adding charges, we were poor, but managing until work picked up but when the bank went back on their word all my budget fell apart, and that made me angry as we were trying to help ourselves and they took the rug from under our feet. The chaps exact words were "if we contin detailing our situ so if we ever ended up in court l dont think the judge would look very favourably on them.0 -

It is a nice feeling that I am able to do something to help, my kids have also put towards it instead of buying me a present. I just get so passionate where children are concerned. This year I wanted to give something back rather than me in my home with all the wonderful things I have. I am meaning children family etc etc rather than material things. I have a massive tax bill coming up but work is looking OK at the moment we are booked up fully till the end of March which is wonderful especially in these times. I think you get to an age where you want to give things back.
I miss working with adolescents as I used to in my old work but it is a way I can help in some way. It does make me feel at peace with myself. And I know that sounds selfish but I do not mean it like that:mad:0 -
