Just received a very large envelope from Tesco PF refusing my claim to a refund of ppi premiums.

This is all very confusing when I had been told on Wednesday that my claim was in data gathering & had not been examined.

I have rung the FOS for a complaint form, Tesco are having a laugh.

Get it into the FOS now and lets hope you win it back that way. It may take a while but when you look at the success thread it will be worth it in the end. Extra good luck here Natalie;)

Di, what are you actually teaching to your son?? Do you have a curriculum that you have to follow.??

Just heard from my case officer they have all the info and have passed my complaint on to a Mr Glynn Rixom who is going to work my case and I should hear something in the new year. The reason why it takes so long is that they have had a load of complaints and they have to do them in date order. They are making provisions to try to sort this out during the xmas period. So I suppose I will just have to wait. Fingers crossed it will be good news
