Just received a very large envelope from Tesco PF refusing my claim to a refund of ppi premiums.
This is all very confusing when I had been told on Wednesday that my claim was in data gathering & had not been examined.
I have rung the FOS for a complaint form, Tesco are having a laugh.0 -

The reason why it takes so long is that they have had a load of complaints and they have to do them in date order. They are making provisions to try to sort this out during the xmas period.
