It seems they do class anything coming as income, including the children's money doesn't it?  , so yep it may be the case here Marshallka and Maxdp regarding my lloyds case, on the other hand a homemaker not working but raising my children....
, maybe this is the issue the adjudicator brought up, I just don't know....
.
Maxdp, I will have a nose in the loft, but the thing is, it was 2001 and I did not live here then..... , I bet I shredded it before I moved. The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
bathgatebuyer wrote: »Hi all. Got a letter back from Egg who are telling me that the PPI cover was opted in, although they have sent through a CCA which they say would have said 'none' on it. They say that at the time of the online application I would have been prompted to read through a copy of the terms and conditions of the cover and then had the option to select the cover in question. They asked me to prove that this was not the case, although this was in June 01 so obviously I'd be struggling to do that! LOL!
My husband has a egg agreement in 2001 and shows PPI if it helps I can email it to you.May hel0 your case if you have to go to the FOS. XDS1 12/10/04

AAARGH, Tesco Personal Finance are dragging their heels!!!! I called them yesterday for an update on my ppi complaint and i was told they had all the information they need and i will receive a letter in 2-3 weeks... Does it really take this long to write a letter?? Me thinks they are going to wait till the 8 weeks deadline.
Anyone else banging their heads with Tesco0 -

Just heard from my case officer they have all the info and have passed my complaint on to a Mr Glynn Rixom who is going to work my case and I should hear something in the new year. The reason why it takes so long is that they have had a load of complaints and they have to do them in date order. They are making provisions to try to sort this out during the xmas period. So I suppose I will just have to wait. Fingers crossed it will be good news0
