 Have just had a letter from the FOS:mad:

Central trust is not covered by them.

I have emailed them to complain regarding the advice given about voluntary
jurisdiction and the letter sent asking the company for more information.I have also said about a lot of money being at stake and getting my hopes up.
Also asked for a contact to make an official complaint about it.

    Thank goodness for unmentionables:D

Sorry they have been leading you up the garden path Pinknico:mad: I do wish this would get sorted so that you could look on the web site and things were set out so we can all check info. It would save them time and us also.

Are you going to take it down an alternative route now then?

FOS again... this is getting common practice. They need to train the staff on the customer services better and then this would not happen. Its so annoying and I really feel for you here... I may be joining you when I have been messed about some more with the firstplus one about unfair rebate although they have said that they are doing all they can and it will be another few months before anything is done...this one has jurisdiction issues which they cannot disclose to me although they HAD told me it would come under COMPULSORY jurisdcition before this and I have been messed around since June...

I think listening to all this on here makes you turn if you know what I mean... Where was our protection from the authorities... We had none..

Marshallka you sound as if you are "coming out". LOL:rotfl:

Seriously I do agree no protection at all and nobody wants to help now. Or that is what it seems like. Rather than fine these Lenders they ought to get them to pay the refunds back to consumers, immediately. That would help so many people. It would also save us all blocking up the FOS. Then when people need more help they would get that in a reasonable time frame.

Instead of cutting VAT Gordon Brown should have automatically(? spell check please Max!) refunded mis sold PPI ,Credit card charges and bank charges.
Then we all would be out spending and the economy would be thriving!!

Well you have tried every which way on this. If you are successful it will serve them right. Let us know if they will accept this one. Just thought others may be interested.;)
