There is a note on the business' computer record dated 20 April 2004 which says "LTR RECD FM CH RE PI. SNT POLICY BKLT. PI NOT CNXLD AS THIS NOT REQ BY CH."

Do you have a copy of the letter you issued in 2004 and if not can you shed any light on its contents?

Also in your correspondence you indicate that the credit card was paid off in 2004 and was not used. Is this still the case? If you currently use it, when did you recommence its use?

Please reply as soon as possible and no later than 12 November 2008.

Then of course the last one was dated 2nd Dec - about he thinks it should be upheld and they have 2 weeks........:rolleyes: , which to me next week is the deadline.

My experience though with Lloyds they are last minute with everything, just like the SAR, I received that on day 40......:eek:

The FSCS said that they will still deal with the claim if the administrators don't but the constant form filling and time it's taking is very frustrating.

I did not receive a creditors form but I was directed straight to the FSCS.

my partners loan has arrears on the account. 4th dec they took £1259 out the bank account towards these arrears and then yesterday another £859. we have a claim against the loan for ppi mis-selling and i am now wondering if they have took this money because of this. any thoughts? the bank is lloyds tsb !!!!!

The next stage is the last stage, to say repaired and on its way back....:D , its a lot quicker than the last time, so fingers crossed my boys will be playing with their new games for Christmas.......:T .

Did they warn you about taking these payments?

Can they just come to an arrangement to suit your needs here? .

They should not really be doing this because of what you have done on the mis selling side of things, yet nothing surprises me with these......:rolleyes:

we were given no notice about this, they are most un helpful when we ring. they say the money will go back in but no idea when.
