I do hope they settle this for you, I would feel the same as you, at least mine is being dealt with, so I should not complain really, but its you I feel for, its very distressing for you, wish they would just get on with it, okay you don't mind waiting but if you know they resolved the jurisdiction issues that's half the battle.
Di, believe it or not this firm has haunted me since 2000 when the loan was taken out... i swear I will not settle until I get this money as I know they took it from us unfairly and each time they win. I will definately make a complaint to the Ombudsman about the Ombudsman service if nothing is done on this as it has caused me so much stress. They should not get away with it.

I back you over 110%, your right they should never get away with this, I was wondering can your MP help you and get in touch with the FOS to back you here, its your money hun and if it comes to that with any of mine I have an excellent MP and I know he would help in these cases.
You have gone through a hugh amount of stress on this one and its just not fair.

I just thought I would suggest an MP, don't know how helpful yours is but maybe see how it goes, if the worse scenerio was to happen (fingers crossed it will not), but maybe worth thinking about.
