Hiya maxdp, hope you are OK...
Did you see my post yesterday about the other co-op loans... they are redressing one of them as goodwill but not the other as none of us or them have the paperwork and it was 1997:eek: ..Have a look at the redress letter i posted and let me know your thoughts.

    Hi Marshallka

Will have look soon.:D Good for the one but what happening about the others. Will take a look

Am so annoyed having been posting message to somebody on here and they make my blood boil. They work for a bank and are so up their own !!!! I am hoping they will soon be sacked and feel like the rest of us.:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

    Barclaysmanager ey!!!!

I understand and believe what he/she is saying here in that it will all come back to haunt us but it would happen regardless of claiming back anything. Lets hope that future banking is a little fairer to both parties and not just fair to the banks etc...

I understand how mad you feel here. I try to keep off other threads as even on the mortgage thread I had people knocking me for having to pay interest only on the mortgage... some people just don't understand that there are genuine claims and people that want to pay but have no means through most probably no faults of their own and just lifes unfairness.

Funny - I've found that too with some of the other boards !!! Always amazing the degrees of condescension others can manage to drum up when some people are looking for genuine help.

Sorry to hear the FOS are causing the mamimums frustrations possible. I've still not heard back from them after this being passed to the Adjudicator for a decison 8 weeks ago. Nothing like the timescales you guys have had but I had hoped to get ths resolved this year rather than drag on into 2009. Oh well, Sainsburys have made the last few years completely miserable so why should this be any different!
Almost debt-free, but certainly even with the Banks!

Wow, great news for you. I take it you are accepting it.. . let us know if you are undecided and how much etc against the PPI amount and interest. You might have a case to barter for it...

    This is good news.

I don't know if you saw the pannorama programme last week I think it was, but there was a young couple on there who had their hsbc loan written off because hsbc lost the credit agreements and everything.

It seems the ball may be in your court here. I would check out what exactly you are entitled to in this situation. They are supposed to give you the info you request.

Good luck with this you may well get more than you thought. They have been naughty here by losing your info.

Hi thank you for that info didnt watch the program but that is what they said to us it'll ve written off. what does that mean exactly? the who amount back? lol wishful thinking (£10,000 woooohooo) at least the ppi would be fantastic! it's been a week (tue) since i phoned them and no more news but dont really know whats going on, if anyone else has any ideas they would be much apprichated.

    Big thanks kelly x

    Hi there hun
I also have an internet banking system with Lloyds, sometimes I find where it states "information on this account is not available" works or does not work, try again tomorrow, if you get any further problems contact Lloyds and explain, its only fair that you have access to your own information, afterall its your account.
Ask them why this is happening if your still experiencing this problem tomorrow.

    Good luck.;)
