I think there have been some successes on these, but not sure if you have actually checked this out but normally next to this thread there is the success forum, there may be some posts in there hunni.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
Hi
We have had 8 loans in the last 5 years they are all paid off, not sure if we had PPI or not although we probably did i also do not have any paperwork for the loans is there anything we can do?
Thanks for your help0 -
I've got all the paperwork concerning a loan I had with Beneficial Finance (good name:mad: - beneficial to who  )
I paid it off in six months gave them the required months notice and was charged an extortionate amount of interest.
Is there any kind of claim I can make against that or is it just PPI u can claim back?
Does it have to have happened since 2002 or something?
Would solicitors or an accountants advice be of any help?
Thanks.0 -

Hi there
Have you any of the agreements for these loans, if so the ppi would show on them, if not request for these and the written breakdown of calculations, the agreements they may be free or they may charge a £1 for each one, give them a ring hun and see what they say.
We can take it from there if you feel you were mis sold in any way.;)
Good luck. The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

Hi
You can still try to complain and reclaim if you believe you were mis sold, however, I have a feeling that BF were covered anyway, but I will check this out now on the FSA register.
Still go for it - I would, as I have been lucky with one of mine who were not then covered and they still refunded my ppi.;)
Have you made a start with this yet hun?
Right just edited to post back here, yes they were covered as from 2001, so go for it. x
Do you require any further info, a template reclaim letter etc?
Right just re-read your post, now if you were not mis sold you can try for the unfair rebate, if you have the figures for this please post up and this can be checked for you, although I'm not the one for maths etc, Marshallks here is great with calculations, and when she has 5 she may be able to take a look for you.The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
