Yeah, you put it in the calculator as a lump sum or as payments each month for a bigger amount of interest..

I am not with it this morning lol, my uncle got rushed in last night with a stroke and we lost another family member a few days ago, did not mention this as I know you have been through a lot yourself, I think we have all had enough of bad news lately haven't we?

About time some good news come about for us all here, especially you Marshallka and hope all goes well today for you.;)

Right if I done this right, I added the £800 odd in the interest owed and that worked out about £94, but like I said, I am useless lol.....:o

Sent this to the adjudicator who was asking for the details of the complaint about the unfair rebate (Firstplus insurer). I received the email yesterday and was confused by it so want to make sure that I have not been led up the garden path again..

Hi, sorry to be email again but I do not understand what you are saying here. I had already found out that Miller Firstline had liquidated in 2003 and this was who it said to write to in the first instance from the insurance documents i have here from FIrstplus. I thought that all complaints were now being dealt with by Cassidy Davis but are you perhaps saying that my complaint most probably will not be within the jurisdiction of the FOS if the liabilty issue is not with Cassidy Davis.

I have had a read receipt so waiting for the outcome here...

Good for you, I would like to know too, its frustrating not knowing what their doing, its your claim and they should tell you. Good luck.;)

Thanks for that Di... Just want to know ANYTHING as its better than not knowing.. its probably something really simple. I did find out having the lupus anticoagulant does not mean just lupus but also lots of other connective tissue disorders (although am being tested for it now as so many other things too and it is mentioned on the hematologist form as suspected). My daughter has been in hopsital three times with suspected menengitis and each time she has had petechia rash. We have now got a docs letter to say that if she develops this bleeding and is "well" otherwise then to leave and watch and wait. The docs can not do anything other than admit her as its bleeding into the skin and they do not know why:confused: . Also she has migraine headaches and had them since 9 and other vein probs too.. . Maybe these tests will show something that might be related to this. I certainly hope so as it drives you mad not knowing why??

Taking pen and paper down the docs today to write all the test results down. I want to know why they are doing this and what they think...

    Right I put in £848.07, Interest @ £93.59
    Total to reclaim = £941.66

I did put in the full amount of PPI lol, if only+
    £8492.50, Interest @ £937.15

Total to reclaim = £9429.65, now that would be nice, but its not to be.:D

Hope I worked that out right now though......

Di, it was horrible, the first time she was three and we took her to the docs before 8 in the morning as she had it on arms and wrists. The doc told us that "if that was my daughter I would be worried" . He admitted her then and she was put in a room with all the patches on ready for antibiotics and they just kept checking her and saying they were waiting for her to get "ill". She was well although bleeding. The next time we went straight to A & E and she was 6 but very unwell. She had lots of bloods taken and then they took her to the ward by ambulance as she was so unwell. Nothing again and then the third time was last year and again the same. She gets them and panics now. They have done bloods but nothing as they can see. It is horrible when you dont know but I assume they would not take risks. She has seen a specialist who says he has someone else who is in her teens the same and they still do not know. She is well and fit but always plays on our minds. We have to make the decision now about the docs/hopsital.. She usually gets them a few days after a virus so was told it was her way of ridding the virus.. .

Hmmm, its so tempting to go for the higher amounts but they may come back to me at some point...... .
the liquidator said he already had the agreement when I sent the claim form, but its the amount he's asking for, so maybe he is actually requesting for the remainder......
