Just rang the adjudicator again and left another voice message with regards to the co-op ones. Its only tomorrow that they have to get back so I want him to chase it today if he can..

Going out for the tests now but will be back soon. I bet he rings while I am out.

the liquidator said he already had the agreement when I sent the claim form, but its the amount he's asking for, so maybe he is actually requesting for the remainder......

I sent the FSCS the agreement and figures of the breakdown.....:rolleyes: , so it looks it will have to be the smaller amount.....:o , maybe I could just tell them I am confused as well.....:D , just as long as they do not repay back anything lower again than the lower amount......:rolleyes: .

hi there,

Don't know if you remember but i sent three letters to the Halifax re my Loans, Just had a letter through on one loan to say although their not taking responsibility they have decided to refund me a figure to put me in the position that i have not taken out the ppi.

No figures mentioned as yet. Also i don't reconise the account number but then two of the loans were quite old and i didn't have the paper work for them :T.

We have had a good two weeks and long may it continue.
Daniels pead is rushing our son's reports so really happy, Refund from the electric company and £100 from Halifax for a old morgage end fee. Plus Mrs won a compitition from the comp board so a great two weeks for us.
